Some of you are new to wordpress and blogging, and I should not assume you know what to do by osmosis.

You are set up as a WIN Blog Author and ready to post, you know what to say, and how to say it, here is the how to:

1. Sign into Win Ladies’ Blog by scrolling down, down to where it says Meta on the right, click on log in and enter your user name and password.
2. You should now be in the back office of your blog. Click on the link that says write, and click on the write post tab.
3. Enter your title, use some of your keywords, and a catchy name
4. Next write your post, do includes links to your website or blog by highlighting keywords in your post and linking (use the little icon shaped like 2 links) fill in your url.
5. Under Catergories click 1-3 categories which match your post.
6. Under description (optional, but may help search engines) write a short sentence describing your post
7. Add keywords (optional)
8. Hit publish, if you aren’t finished writing and want to come back later hit save.
